New Life Community Church (NLCC) is "Raising the Roof". In the late 1950's, St Kevin's Catholic school was constructed with a flat roof. Since 1984, this former school has housed NLCC. Over the years roof repairs have been done but the temporary fixes are no longer meeting the need. It is time for more drastic measures to be taken and either completely replacing the roof or creating a brand new look all together.

The desire of the congregation at NLCC is to see a new pitch roof on the current building. This will not only change the appearance of the building to more accurately depict its function but will also have a more functional roof. A roof which will work with the elements of nature and moving away from a roof that encourages rogue waterfalls inside the church walls.

Plans are currently being organized. Tenders are being received. Funds are being raised. All eyes are looking towards the goal of a new roof in the summer of 2012.
